Postdoc Position: Mesoscopic Transport in Nanoelectronic Devices @ LANES/EPFL

December, 2009 - A postdoc position is available at the Laboratory of Nanoscale Electronics and Structures at EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland) headed by Prof. Andras Kis. The position is related to mesoscopic transport in nanoelectronic devices and is funded by the recently awarded prestigious ERC starting grant.
 
 
Requirements include a PhD degree in physics and proficiency in spoken and written English.
