>> The annual "Regions for Economic Change" conference will focus this year on three main issues: Low Carbon Economy – Energy Efficiency in Regions and Cities, Sustainable ICT Solutions and the Urban dimension. The discussions will look into the challenges and opportunities around these issues, and will put forward responses and good examples from regions and cities across Europe.
