CERTH innovates together with Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH) and European Space Agency (ESA) for Li-ion batteries surviving cold environments, a technology enabling future space missions and beating the ‘cold start’ problem.
The RAMCIP project, which is supported by the E C in the context of the Horizon 2020 Programme, is approaching the completion of the second year of its duration, having at the current stage a series of outcomes to report.
The robotic system will enable the execution of tasks in different application domains of high societal and economic impact including trenchless constructions (cabling and piping) installations, search and rescue operations, remote science and exploration applications, among others.
The COMPOSITION project aims to develop a digital ecosystem in order to help factories optimise internal production processes and external collaboration with suppliers by putting existing data, knowledge and tools into place.
