Abstract
Forging strategic alliances between Chinese and European SMEs in trade and investment, Partenariat 2006 is one of the world's largest business matchmaking events.
The Partenariat is a project under the Asia-Invest Programme of the European Commission, started in 1997. The project aims at providing business opportunities and creating long-term partherships between EU and Asia small and medium -sized enterprises (SMEs) through one-to-one matchmaking meetings.
The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), in coordination with the European Commission, will host the EU-China Partenariat 2006.
