Natural materials are increasingly seen as a preferred option by many customers and suppliers due to their sustainable credentials. If we can limit the cost to the environment of the materials we choose, then this is offers a huge advantage and incentive to their use. But are natural materials up to the job, and can they realistically replace their non-natural competitors?
In this one day conference we will look at the use of natural materials in such diverse areas as construction, biofuels, clothing, healthcare and packaging, and assess the advantages and disadvantages of the use of these materials.
