Gender Equality and Non-Discrimination Plan


Throughout its years of operation, Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) has consistently integrated the principle of gender equality into its activities and remains committed to eliminate all forms of discrimination in the workplace.

In response to evolving societal demands and in alignment with both national and European frameworks, including the National Action Plan for Gender Equality 2021–2025 and the Gender Equality Strategy 2020–2025, as well as Gender Equality in the European Research Area, CERTH developed its initial Gender Equality Plan.

In 2025, CERTH conducted a new staff survey (via questionnaire). Based on its findings, CERTH proceeded with the development of a new Gender Equality and Non-Discrimination Action Plan for the period 2026–2028.

The primary objective of this Plan is to foster a fair and inclusive working environment through the implementation of the actions it sets out.
