Human Resources (HR) office


Human Resources (HR) office is part of the Administrative Services of the Central Directorate of CERTH. Its main objective is to support the human resources of the Center. The office, with its actions, aims at a fair and inclusive working environment while at the same time focusing on the professional development of human resources and encouraging collaboration.

The services of the office are:

  • welcoming of new employees;
  • training of personnel (collection of training needs, organization of training seminars);
  • surveying staff satisfaction regarding CERTH's actions on human resources issues;
  • administratively supporting CERTH staff assessment process, as later has been imposed by CERTH;
  • administration of questions and reports from staff (through requests on MyCerth);
  • supporting employees’ departure process on informatory and administrative level and in synergy with the other relevant departments of CERTH;
  • strategic planning of matters related to human resources.
