>> The aim of the conference is to highlight the importance of the promotion of young researchers for Europe and to effectively document and increase Europe's attractiveness for scientific talent. The focus will be on cooperation between science and industry.
>> The main goal is:
- to identify the successful approaches already used in the promotion of young scientists through cooperation between companies, universities and research institutions,
- to describe conceivable models for future cooperation and
- to suggest possible ways for including these models in EU funding.
>> Through a mix of strategic plenary presentations and practical workshop sessions, the German Presidency conference aims to make a significant contribution to the implementation of a strategy in favour of the creation of a European labour market for researchers.
