In Apollonia, Sifnos (17/04/2006)
We are visiting Apollonia, the picturesque capital on the island of Sifnos, which is built around 3 hills, and owes its name to the god Apollo. Wandering along the stone-paved alleys, between the whitewashed stairs of stark white houses and the dozens of churches, we move to the rhythm of the island's night life.
Artemonas on Sifnos (12/04/2005)
The show visits Artemonas, one of the largest villages on the island of Sifnos, north of Apollonia, which used to host the aristocracy of the island. We take a tour around the windmills and enjoy the traditional island dancing.

We walk up Castle, the capital of the island of Sifnos until the 19th century, which was built during the Venetian era and preserves its Medieval structure, while we marvel at the magical views of the Aegean.

The picturesque Cycladic island of Sifnos has 365 chapels, one for each day of the year. We visited the Convent of Our Lady and the Church of Agios Simeon in Kamares, whose white colour is in beautiful harmony with the deep blue of the Aegean.
