Abstract
FP7 Academy will bridge the gap between "Information Days" and the several years of actual experience required to develop project proposals and manage projects. During the 5- week intensive exercise all activities have been developed to reconstruct what actually takes place during the life-cycle of an FP7 project. You will learn how to:

Represent your organisation at project meetings

Manage your running project

Act as an interface between your research staff and administration
