October, 2011 - Applications are invited for a fully funded PhD Student to undertake research in the area of 3D Human Motion Analysis and Understanding.
The project will build on recent developments in Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning in order to develop methods for modeling and recognition of Human Actions from multiview image sequences. The methods will allow incremental learning from few examples and should deal with a large class of action categories, including facial/hand/body actions, and interaction between humans and objects in their environment.
